This is a report by John who tells of the effects that a prostatic operation had on his sexual performance

I think I managed to recall most of the facts relating to the Prostatic op. I had 8 years ago. Firstly I think in discussing my libido now it is necessary to know that I am 81 years old so the affect of the op. on my sexual performance has to be considered in that context. Before the op I was warned that one of the results was likely to be partial or total impotence. I was also diagnosed as having Prostatic Cancer. The op. itself was completely satisfactory and by accident the cancer almost completely removed. A biannual STA Blood Test has confirmed that the size and growth of the cancer are minimal, in that respect I have been lucky but as far as the impotence is concerned I wasn't. One other possible affect of the op. although puzzling and beyond answer from the medicos is that I now have twice the length of foreskin. It could be I suppose, just shrinking of my cock with age. It doesn't bother me except unless I pull the foreskin right back when I pee I tend to spray somewhat. The curious aspect of this is that although I've now got a lot of foreskin, when pulled back, it stays back until perhaps I lean forward when sitting down when the spare skin rolls forward and gets itself tucked up between the behind the rim of the glans somehow, sorry I have't the gear to photograph it. 3 or 4 months after the op. I managed a sort of erection and managed to orgasm without ejaculation. The only way I could achieve this was by pulling the foreskin really hard back and stimulating the glands quite hard for about 15 minutes. The orgasm was quite good and probably longer than it used to be but I did miss actually ejaculating and still do. About 10 minutes after coming I sometimes slowly leaked a bit of semen but don't now. A, friend, another nudist had the op. a week before me with roughly the same effect, but I'm sure as a result of the help of Stan and Maisie who ran a small private Sauna in Nottingham and both gave me sensuous massage and joined in I have progressed better than he did. I have also been prescribed Viagra and he has angina and can't. I have helped him to some effect and he tells me that he gets a better orgasm when I do than when he does it himself, Unfortunately he lives in Somerset and I live in Nottinghamshre.
